Making movement easier
Stretching keeps the muscles flexible, strong, and healthy, and we need that flexibility to maintain a range of motion in the joints.
Good flexibility promotes healthy muscles and joints, and is extremely important for physical fitness. It helps you body maintain proper posture, increases proper joint motion increasing the risk for lower-back pain, joint pain, and injury during everyday activities.

FITness for kids, why?
It helps develop your child in every aspect of their lives :- from muscle strength, to increased concentration and increases self-esteem.
FITness FUZion children's functional movement classes involve exercises that are fundamental to all things that kids need to do when they play-pull, push, run, throw, climb, lift and jump.

We work as a team learning from each-others strengths and weaknesses - we win together as a TEAM.

Using neurodevelopmental movements that help with fine and gross motor skills. Left and right side of the brain activation, balance, mobility, hand and eye coordination, breathing and stretching while adding in a few yoga and pilates movements.
We basically have fun while moving our bodies.
Please bring water, closed shoes and hats for summer and ensure they have sunscreen on.
